Now Open at Oakview Commons: Holly Springs’ Newest Dining and Lifestyle Destination Takes Shape
Grain & Berry, Thanks A Latte, Oakview Public House and Arita Ramen & Sushi join Golf Hour, Switch Craft, and Image Studios with more openings to come in January.
Holly Springs, NC, Oct. 26, 2025 — A wave of recent openings has transformed Oakview Commons, located at the intersection of Holly Springs New Hill Road and Green Oaks Parkway near the 12 Oaks community, into one of Holly Springs’ most exciting new lifestyle hubs. The plaza now features a dynamic mix of cafés, restaurants, boutiques, indoor golf, and wellness studios, with even more on the way in early 2026.
Newly Opened: Four Fresh Additions
Grain & Berry
The newest arrival, Grain & Berry, opened in late August October to enthusiastic crowds and giveaway excitement. The superfood café serves Açaí Bowls, Pitaya Bowls, Spirulina Bowls, Yogurt Parfaits, Smoothies, Specialty Toasts, Chopped Salads and Wraps, Fresh Juices, and Plant-Based Flatbreads and Quesadillas.
The restaurant’s bright, welcoming interior makes it an ideal spot for a healthy lunch, quick pick-me-up, or remote-work session.
Thanks a Latte
Just a few doors down, Thanks a Latte has opened its brand-new location at 161 Oakview Commons Drive, offering handcrafted coffee, espresso drinks, and curated gifts in a cozy, faith-rooted setting. Built on the belief that “a coffee shop can be more than a place to grab a drink,” Thanks a Latte provides a gathering space where guests can connect, share laughter, and find joy over every cup.
Oakview Public House
Another standout addition, Oakview Public House, brings chef-driven dining to the neighborhood. The restaurant features seasonal salads, fresh seafood, shareable small plates, chef-curated entrées, and a flavorful kids’ menu, complemented by a robust bourbon list, rotating taps, and a curated wine selection.
Open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, with lunch service launching soon, Oakview Public House has quickly become a go-to for both date nights and family dinners.
Arita Ramen & Sushi
Adding international flair to the plaza, Arita Ramen & Sushi offers authentic Japanese flavors with rich ramen bowls and beautifully crafted sushi rolls. The restaurant’s warm, modern design makes it equally inviting for casual dining or special occasions.
