Holly Springs, NC, Jul. 9, 2025 — Oakview Commons, the emerging mixed-use village at the intersection of Green Oaks Parkway and Holly Springs–New Hill Road, is progressing rapidly toward its vision as a vibrant destination. Situated at the gateway between established residential neighborhoods, including the 12 Oaks community, and the growing biopharma corridor anchored by companies such as FujiFilm Biotechnologies, CSL Seqirus, and others, the center is poised to serve as both a social gathering place and a bridge linking innovation and lifestyle.
“We are thrilled to deliver on our promise to bring a first-class retail destination to our community. It's incredibly rewarding to open this next phase of the Oakview Innovation Park so that our neighbors and the new companies can both enjoy what we have been working so hard on for the last 6 years. With our first tenant now open and the rest following throughout the summer and fall, the momentum is building quickly because the energy here is already undeniable.”

A First Look at What’s Opening and What’s Next
Oakview Commons is beginning to come to life.
The first business to open its doors is Image Studios, a sleek, modern collective where independent beauty and wellness professionals can operate under one roof. With contemporary finishes and a boutique feel, it sets the tone for the caliber of offerings coming to the center.
“Being the first business to open at Oakview Commons has been an amazing experience,” said Heidi Brecht, Owner of Image Studios Holly Springs. “We’re proud to be part of such a thoughtfully planned center, and we’ve already seen strong interest from the community. There’s a real buzz here, and it’s only going to grow as more businesses open.”
Hot on its heels are two more highly anticipated tenants, preparing to launch in the coming weeks. Golf Hour, a stylish indoor golf simulator lounge, aims for a late July or early August debut. Designed for both serious golfers and casual social outings, it promises to be a draw for groups, events, and after-work unwinding.
Also expected in August is Arita Ramen and Sushi, a locally owned Japanese restaurant that will bring handcrafted ramen bowls, fresh sushi, and izakaya-style small plates to the neighborhood. It’s poised to offer Holly Springs residents a new go-to for lunch, dinner, and date nights.
And that’s just the beginning.
By fall, the entire center is expected to hum with activity as more tenants finish their build-outs. A diverse lineup is taking shape:
Astoria Nail Bar and Virge Yoga will cater to those seeking self-care and wellness.
Grain and Berry, known for smoothie bowls and clean eats, will add a health-forward food option.
Thanks A Latte will serve as a cozy neighborhood coffee spot.
Switchcraft, a cocktail bar, aims to become an evening favorite with inventive drinks and a polished vibe.
Access Fitness and Recovery will offer a full-service gym experience, complementing the health-conscious mix.
Malli Indian Restaurant and Cold Stone Creamery round out the offerings, adding bold flavors and family-friendly treats.
And Oakview Public House, a yet-to-be-unveiled anchor, is expected to bring a welcoming, community-centered hangout to the mix.
Together, these businesses represent a carefully curated blend of local flavor, everyday convenience, and destination-worthy experiences, crafted to serve both nearby residents and the thousands of professionals working just down the road.
