TOMORROW (3/20): Spring Fling Returns to Holly Springs (NC) with Egg Hunts, Bunny Visits, and Family Fun
Families across Holly Springs are invited to the North Main Athletic Complex for a free morning of games, egg hunts, and Easter festivities designed for younger children.
Holly Springs, Mar. 20, 2026 — Holly Springs families looking for a festive way to kick off the spring season won’t have to look far this weekend.
The Town of Holly Springs Parks & Recreation Department will host its annual Spring Fling tomorrow, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the North Main Athletic Complex (formerly Ting Park), 101 Sportsmanship Way. The event is free to attend and geared primarily toward children ages 8 and younger, though residents of all ages are welcome.
The two-hour event blends traditional Easter activities with a broader lineup of family-friendly entertainment, offering what organizers describe as “a morning of games, activities, bunny meet & greet, and huge egg hunts.”
A Morning Built Around Kids and Community
At the center of the event are two age-based egg hunts designed to give younger children a more comfortable and enjoyable experience:
Ages 0–4: Egg hunt begins at 11 a.m.
Ages 5 and up: Egg hunt begins at 12 p.m.
In addition to the hunts, families can expect a variety of interactive activities spread throughout the athletic complex, including:
A meet-and-greet with the Easter Bunny, complete with photo opportunities
A scavenger hunt around the stadium grounds
Vendor and nonprofit booths offering games and activities
Inflatables and open-play areas for younger attendees
While admission is free, some vendor-hosted activities may include a small fee.
A Familiar Tradition at the North Main Athletic Complex
Spring Fling has become a staple on the town’s seasonal calendar, drawing families from across Holly Springs and surrounding communities. Its location at the North Main Athletic Complex allows for a wide, open layout that accommodates large crowds while keeping activities accessible and easy to navigate for parents with young children.
The event also reflects the town’s broader focus on community programming, bringing together local families, nonprofits, and businesses in a shared, family-oriented setting.
