Wake County, NC, Oct. 15, 2025 — On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, voters across Wake County will decide municipal leadership in multiple towns, including Holly Springs, Apex, and Fuquay-Varina. With key policy decisions ahead on growth, infrastructure, and zoning, even small shifts in turnout could matter.
Below is up-to-date voting information for residents of those three towns, including what they need to know and which candidates will appear on the ballot.
Who’s Running (as of candidate filing lists)
(All races are officially nonpartisan.)
Note: In Apex, because the mayoral seat is not on the 2025 ballot, only Town Council seats are contested this year.
