Holly Springs Town Council Next Meeting Set for April 15

Holly Springs, NC, Apr. 13, 2025 — The Holly Springs Town Council will hold its next regular meeting at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, in the Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of Town Hall, 128 S. Main Street.
Residents are encouraged to attend and provide input on a range of financial and community-impacting agenda items, including:
Monthly Budget Amendments and Grants – Council will review proposed adjustments to the current budget, including updates related to grants.
Hunt Recreation Center HVAC Replacement – A project aimed at improving infrastructure at one of the town’s key recreation facilities.
Town Hall HVAC Replacement Design-Build – A plan to upgrade Town Hall’s heating and cooling system through a design-build process.
Development Plan 22-DP-10 Expiration Extension Request (Friendship Industrial) – Council will consider a request to extend the approval period for a previously approved industrial development.
Voluntary Annexation A24-04: 4637 Optimist Farm Road – Proposed annexation of property for potential development.
Voluntary Annexation A25-01: 4016 Berman Edge Road – A separate annexation proposal that could expand town boundaries.
Yard Waste Collection Program Update and Ordinance Amendment – Updates to the current program and ordinances governing yard waste pickup.
Licensing Agreement for the Stadium at North Main Athletic Complex (Ting Park) – Council will consider a licensing agreement that may impact future operations at the town’s signature athletic facility.
Fiscal Year 2025–2026 Strategic Plan – Adoption of the town’s roadmap for priorities and investments in the upcoming fiscal year.
Semiannual UDO Text Amendments 25-UDO-01 – Proposed changes to the Unified Development Ordinance, potentially affecting zoning and development standards.
