ALERT! WinterFest 2025 Rescheduled to December 6th–7th Due to Heavy Rain Forecast
Visitors can expect the full lineup of activities, just pushed back one day to avoid unsafe conditions and to create a more enjoyable environment for families.
Holly Springs, NC, Dec. 3, 2025 — The Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce has announced a weather-related schedule change for WinterFest 2025, shifting the annual two-day celebration at Ting Stadium to Saturday, Dec. 6th, and Sunday, Dec. 7th from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM each day.
Organizers cited a fast-moving system bringing heavy rain and a potential “complete washout” on Friday, along with delayed tree deliveries, as the primary reasons for the adjustment. Adjusting the schedule now will help ensure a safer event and delivery of the WinterFest experience attendees have come to expect.
WinterFest is known for its family-friendly holiday atmosphere, including decorated trees from local businesses, a Winter Market with nearly 50 vendors, snow play areas, food, games, live entertainment, and visits with Santa.
The Chamber encourages residents to “support local” by shopping the Winter Market’s mix of handcrafted gifts, treats, and holiday items.
